The high intensity support skills descriptors set out the skills and knowledge that NDIS providers should have access to when delivering complex supports, safely, to NDIS participants.

These complex supports represent some of the highest risks for participants, workers and other, and are areas where NDIS providers must take particular care to source the relevant skills and knowledge to deliver high quality and safe supports.

This course can be delivered/assessed in the workplace or at facility organised by the training provider.

Course Durations

Course durations can vary for multiple reasons, so the durations below are the minimum possible amount.

Face-to-Face Face to Face contact time of at least 2 Hours

Individuals undertaking this course will be expected to complete both written and practical assessment tasks.

This certificate has an industry recommended renewal period of 12 months
